By downloading, accessing, or using the finroam mobile application (the "App") or our website at www.finroam.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorized to use the Service.

Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We do not provide recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any specific securities or financial products. 4. Subscriptions & Payments

4.1 App Store Transactions 

finroam offers subscription plans (e.g., Monthly, Yearly). These purchases are processed directly through the app distribution platform you use (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

• Billing: Your payment method is charged by the App Store, not directly by finroam.

  
  

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel them at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period via your App Store settings.

4.2 Refunds 

Because your purchase is processed by a third party (Apple or Google), finroam does not have the ability to issue refunds directly. All refund requests must be submitted to Apple or Google and are subject to their respective refund policies. Generally, all sales are final.

4.3 Pricing Changes 

We reserve the right to change our subscription plans or adjust pricing for our Service. Any price changes will take effect following notice to you or via the App Store system updates.

5. Credentials & Public Sharing

5.1 Nature of Credentials 

Upon completing certain courses, you may earn a digital credential. You acknowledge that this credential is a recognition of course completion only; it is not a professional certification, university degree, or license. It does not convey any legal or professional standing.

5.2 Public Sharing 

The Service allows you to share your credential via a public URL (e.g., to LinkedIn).

• User Consent: By choosing to share your credential, you explicitly consent to making specific data (your full name, the credential name, and issue date) publicly accessible to anyone with the link.

  
  

• Revocation: You may hide or delete this credential from your profile settings if you no longer wish it to be public. However, finroam is not responsible for third parties who may have already viewed or saved the information while it was public.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 finroam Ownership 

All content, stories, text, graphics, animations, trademarks, and code in the App, WebApp, and Website are the property of finroam GmbH or its licensors and are protected by Swiss and international copyright laws.

6.2 Limited License 

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial educational use. You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or sell our content in any form.

  
  

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App, WebApp, or Website.

  
  

• Use any automated system (robots, spiders) to access the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 "As Is" Basis 

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the content is error-free or that the App will always be available.

7.2 No Liability for Financial Loss 

Under no circumstances will finroam GmbH be liable for any financial losses, lost profits, or special damages arising from your use of the content or your reliance on the educational material provided. You assume full responsibility for your own financial decisions.

7.3 Maximum Liability 

To the extent permitted by applicable law, finroam GmbH’s total liability to you for any claims arising out of these Terms shall be limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

9.1 Governing Law 

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Switzerland, excluding its conflict of law provisions and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

9.2 Jurisdiction 

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the Canton of Zug, Switzerland.
